If your day has felt busy or full, use this meditation to reflect and settle in God's presence as you release your body and your mind. Pause for less than 10 minutes with Whitney to close out your day and invite God purposefully into your rest. This meditation is great to practice before sleep or simply to unwind and help release your troubles, worries, and stress from your body and into the hands of your Creator.
